Joya Home Cleaning is a London-based cleaning company built on a simple idea: cleaning is a trust business before it's a cleaning business. We vet, we train, we send the same person to your home, and we treat the keys to your front door like our own.
Joya was founded to bring a higher, more consistent standard of cleaning to homes across North London — and we've since grown to cover all of London and surrounding areas. We work primarily in Highgate, Finchley, Muswell Hill, Whetstone, Totteridge, Southgate, Barnet and Crouch End, and travel further on request.
Every cleaner who joins Joya is hand-selected, reference-checked, and trained on the Joya Standard checklist before being booked into client homes. We don't use unvetted agency cleaners and we don't subcontract to people we haven't met.

Joya Home Cleaning is fully insured for every job. That includes public liability cover and accidental damage cover, so if something goes wrong on a visit — and very occasionally something does — you're protected and we make it right. You can read more in our Valuables Policy.
We take the privacy of your home seriously. Many of our regulars give us keys or smart-lock codes and trust us to clean when they're not home. We honour that trust by working only with cleaners we've vetted ourselves, and by maintaining strict internal standards around keys, codes and access.
Booking a clean takes about a minute. You send us your postcode, service type and a quick description of your home via the quote form or WhatsApp, and we send back a no-obligation quote and available dates. A 20% deposit secures the booking, and the balance is paid by bank transfer once the clean is complete and you're happy.
For regulars, we send the same cleaner to your home every visit wherever possible. That continuity is the difference between a cleaner who just cleans and a cleaner who knows your home.
We serve all of London and surrounding areas. Our core coverage is North London — Highgate (N6), Muswell Hill (N10), Finchley (N3, N12), Whetstone (N20), Totteridge (N20), Southgate (N14), Barnet (EN4, EN5) and Crouch End (N8) — and we travel into Central, West and East London on request.
