- Old or set-in stains aren't guaranteed — we pre-treat everything and tell you honestly what's likely to lift
- Permanent marks (bleach, dye, burns, worn traffic lanes) may remain
- Large or heavy furniture isn't moved — we clean around it and shift small items

Priced per room
£40 a room, less the more rooms you book. A living room and two bedrooms is three rooms. Stairs and landing together count as one room. Extra rooms after four are £25 each. £60 minimum call-out.

Will you get my stains out?
We pre-treat every stain and high-traffic area and lift the vast majority. Old, set-in or permanent marks like bleach or dye may not fully clear — we'll tell you honestly before we start.
How long until the carpet is dry?
Touch-dry in around 2–4 hours. Open a window or put the heating on and it's quicker.
Do you move furniture?
We move small items and clean around large furniture. We don't shift heavy wardrobes or beds.
Is it priced per room?
Yes. A living room and two bedrooms is three rooms. Stairs and landing together count as one.
Do I need to provide anything?
No — we bring all our own equipment and water. We just need a nearby power socket.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes — there's a £60 minimum call-out. Any booking under £60 is charged £60, so it's worth adding a rug, mattress or armchair to the same visit.
